Peloton Technology interview questions

The recruiter called to do a phone screen and didn't bother to read my resume before we talked, which ended up making the phone conversation a lot more awkward when he realized I didn't have the experience required for the position.

Applied online for a Software engineer role and after the initial screening with a recruiter, moved to a phone screen. The interviewer was not very helpful and bit sarcastic during the interview process, not sure if it was his bad day or his typical nature. I think this company needs better processes and people before they can get good candidates.
