Called in for an interview, was asked a few questions about my experience in collecting and presenting data to be used for strategic decision-making. Talked for about an hour. Got called back a few days later for paperwork and physical, and drug test. Finished that and had to wait a week for paperwork to go through, then was finally officially offered the job and hired.
