The interview process took about two weeks, beginning on the 15th of January and concluding on the 1st of February.
First step was a phone screen with a technical recruiter specializing in engineering. Next was a 30 minute video call with the hiring manager. This portion largely discussed past experience and overall fit for the position.
A 2 hour video call with multiple team members followed. The call was broken into 30 minute segments to discuss topics such as team fit, technical ability, problem solving, etc.
The final part of the interview process was a 30 minute video call with the CTO. This was the most challenging portion of the interview process. Be prepared to answer high level questions rather than technical.
