Thorough yet fast. The interviewers ask focused questions to assess what you can do, how you do it, and whether you're a good fit for the company culture. After an initial assessment, they invite you in for an in-person interview.
Yes, we move quick and are slowing down the process. As you can imagine a company that is growing quickly needs to make hiring decisions quickly too, however we are using the feedback to assess our selection process and implement filters to ensure we are gauging fit - time spent on hiring is time well spent.
