After submitting my resume online, I quickly received notice of receipt. I then received an email within two-days requesting an interview. I was first interviewed/vetted by POST's Director, Talent Acquisition & Engagement. In this one-hour phone interview I learned a great deal about POST's culture and priorities, the hiring process, the position salary and benefits, and a little about the position. They were clear they wanted to be transparent about the position, salary and hiring process, so I would be informed on what to expect and so I could make sure it was the right fit for me. This interview was just as much an opportunity for me to learn about POST as it was an opportunity for POST to learn more about me. About one-week later I had a one-hour phone interview with the Director with whom this position reports to. He was well prepared and we both had the opportunity to learn about each other, and I learned more about the position. Finally, I was brought in about one-week later for an in-person interview. It was a got a deeper understanding of the position, the work environment, and the organization. After this interview it was 100% clear to me that POST would be an incredible place to work. The staff I met with were professional, intelligent, and down to earth. The office environment was vibrant and professional. Everyone was proud to work at POST, and it was clear they valued each team member's expertise and contributions. It was a very professional and positive experience overall.
