The hiring manager also had me complete an Excel spreadsheet as a "test". I was asked to create a staffing spreadsheet and show how I would organize the information. I made a pivot table and it was very well received. The panel laughed at me for wearing a business suit and said I wouldn't have to "dress like a lawyer" on the job.
