Interview
Phone interview and email offer less than 24 hours later. Asked general questions about interests, passions, and technical experience. Interviewed with two people. Very casual and got along well with bosses.
Mostly algorithmic analysis on a whiteboard, and discussing past experience and projects in some detail. Overall process took most of a day and talked to a lot of people at various levels of seniority working on a few different projects.

A month after applying, I got an call to make a phone call appointment with the hiring manager. The phone interview was more about getting to know you and your future career. 2+ weeks later, I got a call for an on-site interview that lasting no more than 3 hours. I got to meet the hiring manager and his team in person and discuss about the position more. They asked basic question about my previous engineering background
and asked me to do a simple problem solving for the given situation they proposed. The team is nice and brilliant. Offer was made a month after the on-site interview because the HR was busy.
