Easy with practical assessment. Two stages interview with different stakeholders. Then an offer was made. The assignment was given prior to the first stage of the interview and during the interview we discussed the task and was asked to provide the rationale behind the outcomes.

Interview
Had an initial interview over the phone with a member of the Executive Search team. I was told that I would be contacted with confirmation of whether I had been invited for a face to face interview within the next three days. The next week I had still not heard from them so I followed up with another polite email asking for clarification or feedback. I received no reply. This was a little disappointing as I spent my birthday preparing for the interview (as that was when they contacted me about it offering a slot for the next day) and didn't even receive the decency of a rejection email.

Competency based interview and in tray exercise. It was a structured day and assessesors were friendly and welcoming. The interview lasted about 2 hours, including the exercise. Questions were mainly around communication and collaborative working. I was shown around the office building and introduced to some staff. It was a nice vibe, and great office space and location.
