Pennsylvania Virtual Charter School interview questions

Online written submission, utilizing an application website where you could see updated status. Interview with HR and direct supervisor. Submitted ideas for video, and completed follow-up interview with manager and head of operations.

First interview was a group phone interview with HR and principals. During that call, they asked me about my experience and a few questions about engaging students, classroom management, etc. At the end of the call, they invited me back to a second interview where I needed to prepare a short lesson and teach it using Blackboard. I received a call with an offer a couple of days later. All teachers start at Step 1 of the salary scale, regardless of experience.
