i applied over refferal, and got an answer within few months. first you have a phone screening interview and this is really short and sweet, they are trying to check your availability and tell you salary..then one to one which is not so hard just classic quesions, interview lasted for 30 min.

Interview
Asking some background about my self, then they created different situation that can happened when selling products, where I had to pretend that I am on the phone with the customer trying to sell him a product and why is the best to buy from this company etc.
Applied online. Online test (easy).
Then, 30 to 45 mins telephone interview
There was a role play.
Required a good preparation about the company and yourself. The questions were pretty straightfoward especially for people who are working in sales sectors.
Better to know about sales and negotiation.
