Prearranged a Zoom meeting. Department head and assistant head were there along with 3 other members of the department and someone outside of department. Typical community college interview questions you might find by googling.

Interview
Phone interview took place first. The second stage consisted of a panel interview with the hiring committee, made up of about 15 members, as well as a presentation. They took turns asking questions. The final portion was the presentation, which required that I give a 15-20 minute "mock" class of a pre-assigned topic.
