The interview process was arduous. First, it started with a phone call with the area sales manager (whom I've had a previous relationship with), then an interview with two area sales managers. After, I had another interview with the regional VP of sales.

Round 1: Basic intro interview with a recruiter about the job and about yourself. (Sell yourself, they decide if you advance) Round 2: Visit the job site and conduct an in-person interview with management. Round 3: Will either be offered or not. If so then you will do a dot physical and drug test. As well as a background check.
