Interview
Directions to the interview location not the best, ended up arriving 10 min late. I was scheduled to meet with 2 directors, each having positions open, then asked to stay longer to meet with a recently retired HR director, investing over 3 hours in the interview process only to not hear back for weeks after and to be turned down at that point. All indications through the selection process were very positive, the turn down came as a surprise.
Three rounds of interviews: Talent Acquisition, Hiring Manager, panel with two members of broader team. Followed by a three part personality test. Fairly quick to schedule interviews. After I completed the third interview I did not receive any feedback for several weeks until I emailed the TA person who then had the hiring manager call me to tell me I did not get the job. If I didn't follow-up I do not think I would have heard anything regarding my status.

Interview
Scheduled a virtual meeting through Teams. Discussed my back ground and the positions responsibilities. Due to my lack of direct management of a team, I was not the best fit for the role. Overall experience was pleasant and insight for the future was shared with me that I found super helpful.
