Pentax Medical interview questions

Applied online via company website, initial phone screening done with HR then next week invited for in person interview at Montvale NJ location. 3 seperate interviews scheduled on site. Variety of questions, emphasis on work flexibility, someone can work after hours, wearing multiple hats, organizational structure of company.

It was a good interview but I should've realized it was red flag when they didn't discuss salary until the very end. Salary was too low for the current cost of living and for anyone with over 10 years experience it was under $70k.
