I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at PeopleShare (King of Prussia, PA) in May 2016
Interview
The interviewer was very rude and insulting and made me feel very uncomfortable and nervous. I would not have wanted to work with this person as my supervisor so i'm glad it didn't work out in the end.
I was told that they wanted me to come in for another interview, but never set one up or returned my calls. Very unprofessional. They seem to use this tactic as a method to avoid confrontation with interviewees. I would not recommend.

Question 1
Give me an example of a time you demonstrated a strong work ethic.
Very quick and communication was strong. The whole process was overall easy and I had a good experience. Everyone was kind and took their time to get to know me & made sure I was a good fit and they were a good fit for me.

Question 1
My background and how it would apply to this new role
The interview process was very thorough. There was a talent call, an in-person interview, and 2 virtual interviews. they also had me shadow another recruiter to ensure I was comfortable with their processes. They make sure they have the right people!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PeopleShare (Pottstown, PA)
Interview
I was asked to apply via an internal recruiter, purchased a webcam for the interviews. Went through multiple rounds of talking to the recruiter, doing a "personality quiz", and interviewing with others in the company. Was ultimately not offered anything, which is completely fine. What was annoying were the continued calls from others in their company saying I had an active resume and asking if I was ready to apply for the job fits they had for me. The people I interviewed with were nice but overall it felt like a massive waste of time, and therefor was a negative experience.
