Interviewee was nice and was really detailed on the position. They really asked a lot of questions to get to know you and to see if you are a good fit.

Applied online and called 6 days later for a phone interview screening. After phone interview advised that my app would be forwarded to hiring manager and was given a interview date two days later. Interviewed again with the HR rep. Was asked to verify the info on my application. Had a very relaxed interview with the HR rep and was the to wait to interview with the hiring manager. One of the hiring manager came and escorted me to a different floor to the office of a second manager. Something about the second managers hand shake that didn't sit right with. Both managers tag teamed explaining exactly what the job entails, their expectations, the importance of attendance and compliance. The then proceeded to ask the usual "how would you handle, tell me about a time" questions.
