I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo in Oct 2014
Interview
Talked to the company at a college career fair and was invited for a preliminary on campus interview which took roughly 30 minutes. A week later I was informed that I was invited to do an on-site interview in Wythville, VA. The on-site consisted of presentations and tours of the facilities as well as an informal dinner. The actual interview was the next morning and consisted of a resume review, case study, location preferences, and general behavioral questions. I was contacted two weeks later that I was not getting an offer/

Interview
Applied through my schools career site, then was contacted for interview 2 weeks later. Got a free lunch + info session, then 2 30 minute interviews with 2 different people. The first guy did not seem to care, but the second guy was great. Pretty basic questions. Interview ran late, so I got home later than I expected.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Greensboro, NC) in Oct 2013
Interview
I presented them with my resume at an on campus career fair. They requested for those who were desiring a position to register with our office of career services, I never did this. They then would ask for you to schedule an interview. Because I did not register, they called me an offered an interview time. The lady who called, was not administering the interview, she wasn't even in the same state. But the two young men that interviewed me later that week were at the career fair. The interview was 30 minutes long with average interview questions. They were very nice and open to answering my questions I had for them.

Question 1
All of the questions were relatively common. They ask more time management related questions than any other interview I've had.
