Interview
The process consisted of one recruiter phone interview and one hiring manager phone interview. Even though it look like I would be qualified for the role and I took the step to follow up, I never heard back with next steps or whether they wanted to move forward or not.
3 step process. First with recruiter, second with hiring manager, and third with panel. Initial interview is basic overview of position and previous experience. Interviews after that dive deeper into specific experience with different situations

Interviewed with the recruiter- pleasant experience. Next I interviewed with the Manager via Zoom and the final step was with a team of other HR Associate Managers. I never heard back- basically “ghosted.” Very unprofessional
