I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at PepsiCo
Interview
Had a phone screening interview initially and then had a route ride-along with an RSR. After that I interviewed with a ZSL who this position reports to. After that was a final interview which was about 2 days long; only 1 day of interviews, the 2nd day was activities to meet people and get to know the company. It took a couple weeks after that final interview until I had the offer letter in hand.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Met at the college career fair and through that got an initial interview. After initial interview received a second interview a couple weeks later. This interview was easy with many questions about leadership and it ended up being my final interview. Great interview process not intimidating at all.

I applied online. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Springfield, MO) in Aug 2024
Interview
Very basic short phone interview, did not call at scheduled time and caught me during a run on a trail. There was a time zone difference by multiple hours causing confusion for the interviewer.
Pretty relaxed and laid back. It still consisted of multiple people conducting the interview. Was done through zoom and not in-person. Could be do to just finishing up Covid policies
