I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Calgary, AB) in Jul 2011
Interview
Very casual. Some personality questions and some situational questions. In hindsight, no clear explanation of role and real opportunities within company. Not transparent on key issues that are present within company and for position.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Seattle, WA) in Jul 2024
Interview
Boring and couldn't understand the recruiter and the details of the job seemed to be a bait and switch. I don't think this is a good fit for me. am only doing this because Glassdoor is wanting me to provide more information than I can provide about this job interview, this is ridiculous.
They contacted me pretty quickly, provided me with great knowledge of the position. Not difficult, great benefits, time off etc. Explained what next steps would be, did not move forward.
