The hiring process began with attending an open informational meeting in order to learn more about the nature of the company and the position. During this meeting, individuals were encouraged to sign up for a voluntary, unpaid "ride along" with a current route sales representative. Following the ride along, any individuals that were still interested in the position began the interview process which included an initial phone interview followed by one to two in-person interviews (typically the first with one or two district sales managers and a final interview with the overall zone manager).
