Straight to the point, very easy to talk to and didn't last long. Highly recommend interviewing. I also did not expect to receive a call back. But they did indeed call me back to let me know I got the job.

I applied online, I received a phone call from an HR rep in Chicago, she asked some basic education, background, work experience questions. I then got invited to interview at the plant in Cedar Rapids, I was interviewed by two different 2 person panels. The first one was two managers, and the second one was two different employees that held the same position i was applying for. Pretty basic questions - mostly to get a feel for my background and work experience....
