Interview
First, there was a call screening from HR / Recruiter. Then I received an email from HR asking if I would like to come in for an interview. I accepted.

Interview
There was a surprise panel interview in my second meeting. I guess the recruiter forgot to mention that there would be multiple people. That’s an important detail for people to prepare properly. In my interview the male was condescending and assumed a lot about my background without asking many questions. He even told me that if he were me he would take any job offered and maybe I shouldn’t be selective. Not cool since I have 16 years experience and a degree in marketing.

Question 1
Tell me about a project you spearheaded and wrote the process for.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Percepta (Melbourne, FL) in Jun 2015
Interview
Went through 3 interviews. The 3rd interview was a presentation of a workup they had me complete. I was given one week to complete a large workup. After brief negotiation I accepted offer for a lesser position that they failed to mention the position I actually applied and interviewed for was already filled. They ignored contact questions regarding positions for 2 days, then returned call at end of week, only to tell me they were retracting their offer with not much of an explanation. Horrible experience overall. Very disorganized throughout the interview process and didn't seem to know what they really wanted.
