To your point, treating prospective candidates (and current employees) like customers is one of the values that we take very seriously at Percepta. One of our mantras is “our employees are our greatest asset”, and naturally, all employees were prospective candidates at some point, so we take the candidate experience very seriously. We understand that candidates spend a tremendous amount of time researching our company, preparing for discussions, making schedule arrangements for interviews, etc. Therefore, we have an internal process for ensuring that ALL candidates are responded to timely, as soon as we make decisions on what direction(s) we are moving in. Regarding the specific position you mentioned interviewing for, we pulled all of our records, and were able to validate that we responded to all candidates timely, and in less than 14 business days, which industry benchmarks tell us is at or below a standard response time. We are proud of our commitment to this timeframe and continue to try to improve on it whenever we are able.
