Aced the interview, got told employment was on offer conditional to drug test/background check. Went through the whole process and received NO NOTICE of my failed Drug Test. Its my fault for failing but not TELLING THE APPLICANT until less than 18 hours before their start date seems like a glaring oversight that probably indicates the level of care with which they treat their employees. I know I messed up by taking the test too soon to when I stopped smoking weed but thought I was fine by the time I didn't hear any results for the entirety of the 14-day interval before my start date. Whether or not things work out the way you treat people matters
