I had high hopes for this position, but the interview process left much to be desired. Here's a breakdown of my experience:
Scheduling Issues: The interview was rescheduled multiple times, often with very little notice. It seemed like they didn’t value my time.
Lack of Preparation: The interviewers seemed unprepared and unfamiliar with my resume, even though it had been submitted well in advance. One interviewer even asked questions unrelated to the role.
Inconsistent Feedback: During the interview, I received conflicting information about the role and its expectations. One person described it as a leadership position, while another referred to it as an entry-level role.
No Follow-Up: After the final round, I was promised feedback within a week, but I never heard back. I sent a polite follow-up email, but it was ignored.
Overall Impression: The process felt rushed and chaotic, which reflected poorly on the company’s culture and organization. It made me question if this was a place I’d want to work.
