Recruiter reached out to me for an interview. During the interview, she mentioned she had a candidate in the final stages of interviewing, and it showed as she was extremely rushed with me. She was speaking at a mile a minute and clearly didn't want to be there, we finished 10 minutes early, I believe she reached out and interviewed me just to hit her metrics, which probably says something about how PerformYard measures success. With that being said, the role seemed relatively straightforward and the base pay was good.

I did 3 rounds of the interviews. They were very nice. The last round I did was a mock role tutorial. In the final interview the COO was interesting to interview with and seemed very busy, uninterested and did not care. Overall it was a good experience as far an interviewing goes.
