3 stages. Stage 1 with recruitment to go over basic details and to ensure you have some experience. Stage 2 with senior engineer lasting around an hour asking various technical and specific questions. Stage 3 with multiple representatives from various primes and organizations. Asking specific technical questions. Lasted around 1 hour.
