Interview went 2 rounds for a position in Germany:
First (HR/Online) round was very friendly. She was prepared and professional in her work and approach.
Second round (Technical/Online) was said to be technical, but more questions were personality based. The interviewers appeared young and somewhat unprofessional. The atmosphere during the interview felt harsh and unwelcoming. Because these individuals lead the team, this dynamic gave the impression that a challenging or rough environment might exist within the team itself.

An initial screening call with the hiring manager within days of applying, followed by an on-site interview in Stevenage. The two interviewers were friendly and made me feel at ease, but the interview was very informal. They asked no technical questions, no presentation required and only very general situational-based questions. They admitted to not having reviewed my CV and seemed unprepared. However, they were very welcoming and made me feel like I was a strong candidate for the role. It was disappointing to not hear back and I sent several follow up emails, before eventually receiving an automated rejection email a month later.
