Sent my resume and cover letter to the HR person in charge in Sydney (I was in Japan).
Passed first screening and was invited for an online interview where you get to record yourself and send in your answers.

We started to apply with a CV Video of 2mn. If our application was well received, we were expected at the headquarters for a workshop with different people and individual interviews. It was a long and though day, but an incredible experience.

1 day of interviews, with a presentation, then followed by group work in which you presented your marketing strategy to all of the other interviewees. There was then am individual interview which was very short and informal.
