1st Interview with Talent acquisition Expert which was classic but good questions asked by the HR and also patiently answered to my questions
2nd Interview with Hiring Manager remotely on teams which went really well, Hiring manager took time to explain me the justification for hiring the role, description, current challenges and the expectation of the role. It was very professional and honest interview for both side.
3rd one with Manager of the hiring manager which was onsite at their office in Paris which was also really classic with some questions on my previous job on how i handled the challenges etc
4th one with HRBP in French with questions on why i'm interested in Pernod and other classic HR questions and then they came back with the offer quickly overall it took just under 6 weeks to sign the offer. Overall efficient HR process
