Perpetual Guardian interview questions

Interview with direct manager and group manager. One in person and one online. Communicated with by HR Coordinator. Quick process, gave result day of interview on both occasions. Job offer was made verbally on phone. Initial interviews was inexperienced and interview was short, typical basic interview questions. Second interview was more of a conversation and personality fit.

Had it over zoom. The guy was nice but the seek ad was very misleading and incorrectly worded. The seek ad made it seem like an assistant to a manager job which it isn't. Somehow assitant and manager are considered equal just diffrent tasks. One 80% compliance and 20% customers and the other reversed. Bit weird for me.
