loads of calls, but most of them conversational: - recruiter chat 20 mins - basic background check and process explanation - hiring manager 30 mins - relevant experience + cv walkthrough - technical virtual onsite 3-4 hours of calls split across 2ish days depending on availability - browser specialism call: mostly just a discussion with some technical browser specific questions in between - ai specialism call: how to design secure ai systems, common risks, etc. - security specialism call: threat modeling exercise - project walkthrough call: explain and walk through a complex project you've run, lessons learnt, etc. - recruiter call - mostly discussing next steps - final round: culture fit with senior leadership (30 mins) - how do you use AI regularly, are you okay working more than 55 hours a week (!!), basically all about ownership + core values alignment.
