Phone screening followed by a technical interview. Got invited to a second interview very quickly, but interviewer didn't respond when I gave my availability. This happened twice. Finally scheduled the technical interview on my third attempt. Did the technical interview and found that experience frustrating. Vague questions, interviewer seemed impatient and redirected me during every answer.

Second round is either a case review if non-technical or programming questions if technical.
I have a technical background and was asked programming questions. The format was some brief coding questions tackling fundamentals along with identifying bugs and potential improvements in existing code.
