Not a lot of organization amongst the stakeholders and the hiring team. The interview process took over 4 months between an introductory call with HR and hiring manager and what turned out to be an 8 round stakeholder meet and greet. There were two interviewees that had clearly thought about the position and how the role would serve them and the company. The rest gave the impression it was all a joke. I only stuck with it because it was like a bad car accident you just couldn't look away from - which was sad because the legit conversations shined a very positive light on Perrigo.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Perrigo
Interview
Interviewed with hiring manager, director, then given a case related to real business issue which I thought was a bit inappropriate, then interview with both director and manager. Then they ghosted for weeks.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Perrigo (Dublin, Dublin) in Dec 2025
