1. Recruiter / intro screen - Motivation for Persona - Why Field Product Engineer - Background walkthrough - Location / start date / compensation alignment 2. Take home SE exercise - You get to LARP as a SE building up a presentation as if you were pitching a given product of Persona's to a prospect after the AE has handed it off 3. Interview with SE Manager - Talk about what you made/learned. Go thru the process as if the manager was the prospect 4. Interview with some HR leader - Basically just to make sure you are who you say you are and not a fraud
