Interview
The interview process had 4 stages in total. First and second round interviews were more generic and the questions focused on experience and fit for the specific role. The third round was a case based interview and the final round was a panel interview consisting of four interviews ranging from a team interview, cultural fit, and a founder interview.
I had a very positive experience overall and the whole process was very transparent and informative.

Im lockeren Rahmen soll man durch den eigenen Lebenslauf führen. Das Gespräch findet Online statt und war mit einer HR Person von Personio.

Ein langwieriger Prozess, aber es hat sich am Ende für mich gelohnt. Für das Interview mit dem Hiring Manager wurde ein Cold Calling Roleplay gemacht.

Very clear and structured, 4 Interviews in total, smooth process. Everyone was very kind and transparent. In total 3 weeks from initial contact to offer. Response within a day after last interview.
