Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you balance creating visually compelling design with driving performance results, especially for channels like Amazon, paid social, or e-commerce?
I had an initial 15 minute phone call with the hiring. manager. Told me about the company and general info. I was moved forward in the process, for a longer interview with the same hiring manager where she asked several questions about design styles and "strengths and weaknesses" . I sent a follow up thank you email excited about the opportunity. Overall I thought it went very well. After the 45 minute interview, I received absolutely no contact or follow up. Two days after the interview I saw on linkedin they had given the position to someone else, but still have not sent me a proper rejection. Extremely unprofessional, I'm glad I didn't get the job.

I had like 4 interviews and decided not to take the job. Everyone was very nice however the interview process seemed long and exhausting in my opinion. I received an offer after 4 rounds.
