The interview process was easy! I applied and heard back about moving forward, scheduled the 1st of my interviews, scheduled a 2nd interview, and ended up getting the job. Questions are also easy (e.g. scheduling, where you see yourself in 5 years, etc)
This started as an open group interview, that then moved to individual interviews. The group process happened in the front of the store, with the individual process moving to the office. Overall quick and painless.
It was pretty easy. The interviewer asks questions provided by Petco. My interview was short as the interviewer wanted it to go quick, but I don't believe this is the norm. Many questions are related to having a previous job.
