Interview
First step was a telephonic interview and then, after a trip to Cape Town I had a panel interview that covers from personal stuff to technical matters. It takes a lot off time get the work permit and others approvals. This is not related to the company, but country.

They ask based on business case, review a particular issue that the company has or provide examples of professional experiences succesfull as well as not successful. Decribe yourself : strenght and weakness of you at work.
