I have had a simple interview with the lead planning engineer, that was cool and average questions about my experience in previous company. Then asked about software skills specifically for Microsoft office and primavera P6 experience

It was for Graduate programme where they interview consisted of two parts:
Personal questions which cover the part of personality and potential.
technical questions that covers some aspects of Mechanical engineering ( thermodynamics, calculus, heat transferee and fluids.
