Relatively informal. They asked very few questions and were mostly impressed by the fact that I had interned a different think tank. Not all that difficult and all conducted over skype

Honestly not any memorable questions. I think they asked about my work authorization and my experience doing detail oriented work

I had a contact within because the program was advertised to my program at my university. I simply sent in an email with my resume and cover letter and spoke to the employment manager on the phone.
