Highly engaging interview by 2 panelists (directors) querying about past experience, company core values and competence questions. Mostly about how I managed difficult situations or unusual challenges, my approach to line management etc.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Pfizer (New York, NY) in Oct 2025
Interview
I applied for the job August 21st, contacted by the recruiter September 19th, and had a screening video call the next day. Hiring manager called me on the phone September 30th, great conversation. Calls me back October 13th to schedule a 3 person panel interview on October 16th, which goes very well. Radio silence for two full weeks, texted hiring manager for update on 10/28. Wrote back 10/30 they went with an internal candidate. 70+ days from start to finish. Woof.
