Aptitude Test: 4 hours long. 3 sections to the day.
The first section is the aptitude test. 6 tests in total. 5 tests are 9 minutes long and 1 test is 12 minutes long. The tests include Numerical Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning etc.
The second session is a group discussion. The group is given a scenario and together they decide the best action to take.
The third session is a questionnaire to be answered in your own time.
Overall it's a very enjoyable day with everyone.

Online aptitude test...a lot of focus on decimals
Online group assessment. I found this awkward online and people more likely to speak over each other.

Na 2 korte tests volgde een uitgebreid gesprek met de HR. Deze was positief en constructief en bood de verschillende opties voor zowel nabije toekomst als op lange termijn. Ook werd heel uitgebreid uitleg gegeven over de functie en het bedrijf zelf.
