In first interview, it is with HR, introduce yourself, then ask you what is the job nature and details. Then there is second interview, which is testing your presentation skills.

Interview
Contacted via a email for phone interview arrangements. Had a phone screening from someone in the talent acquisition team followed by a web interview with the head of talent acquisition team. As I wasn't able to attend face-to-face interview, the company was nice enough to offer web interview with the panel of interviewers, also consisting the director of the company. The overall interview experiences were pleasant. Unfortunately I had to turn down the offer as the start date for the post was not ideal for me.
