The interview was conducted using the HireVue tool. I consider that it is a very friendly system with the person interviewed and very organized. They asked questions in english and in spanish.

Interview will be in 3 phase
1. Hire view (general) - you have to record a video in which pre recorded questions will be asked for which you will be provided with 2-3 minutes for each question.
2nd and 3rd will be of subjective in nature

All about pharmacovigilance and literature case process also
One step interview, basic questions more focused on getting to know the person and for you to get to know the company. After the interview I got sent a test to complete checking my language skills and knowledge about reporting AE (instructions and definitions provided). The whole experience was quite pleasant and not stressful.
