The HR contacted me and after that I’ve spoken with the manager.
The HR established an interview on the next week with her and the manager . It took 30 minutes.

I was ask to present my self, after that they asked me a lot of psihological questions like : How would you resolve a conflict ? Or how Do you present your idea to the manager and convince him that it’s a good one ?
