Typical interview process with the HR screening process first followed by several managers, including the department manager and team leads. Very professional and easy interviews, probably due to my experience in the role that they were looking to staff.

My experience working in specific areas of pharmaceuticals, i.e. regulatory, brand marketing, etc.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Pfizer (New York, NY)
Interview
Applied online and received interest from recruiting within a day or so. Initial phone screen was mid-June, received no feedback until an invitation to speak with the hiring manager about two weeks later. After that conversation, there was radio silence for 5 weeks until I was invited on-site. I was told to expect news on a decision the week after my on-site, but instead I received no contact of any kind until an automated rejection email at 4:40 a.m. on a Saturday three weeks later.
