Interview

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Pfizer (Cambridge, MA) in Oct 2025
Interview
Single-round interview where I was asked to prepare a 5-minute, 3-slide deck about myself and my research. I essentially pitched myself to the interviewing panel, and they asked questions based on my experience following the presentation.

Question 1
Please explain the long-term goals of your research project further. What progress did you make towards those goals?
It was a pretty straight forward behavioral interview with a ten minute introductory presentation before the standard interviews questions were asked. Most of the questions reflected their values as a company and are on their website.
1 hour interview where you present a prepared slide deck going over your background, work experience, and goals. Then the panelists ask questions that relate to Pfizer's 4 pillars that you can find on their website. After words they give you the floor to ask any questions you have about the position.
