Recruiter call, then manager call, then panel interview. Lengthy process, and seems like they hiring young college grads. Big company culture and a lot of changes happening. Leadership has changed a lot after COVID

Recruiter screening phone very easy and casual conversation just to get to know you and move you forward in the process. Peer interview zoom. Very unrealistic time frame. Had to keep reminding them to schedule the zoom call with the hiring manager.
